Classes & Workshops: Seasonal Workshops Move with the rhythms already in you. My group classes follow the arc of the seasons — because your nervous system does too. Each series is built around an elemental theme, offering a structured but spacious container for embodied learning alongside others doing the same work. Classes are welcoming to all levels — no prior Feldenkrais or somatic experience required.

A Retreat for Women: A Sacred Pause in the Woods

January 2-4, 2026

Grow Your Skills with  Body, Heart & Mind.  Experience change. Improve your life.

The invitation:

There is a lot of change happening - structures dissolving. In times like this, many of us tighten our grip.

But what if breakdowns could lead to breakthroughs?

Join Astra and a small, supportive community to learn how to befriend change. You will learn with your body and nervous system how to heal, decipher what is no longer necessary, compost what is no longer serving you, make space for new parts of you to come forth and grow. Get clear on your boundaries and no thank yous. Bolster and support the necessary structures that help you grow.

In each class you will be verbally guided through a series of gentle functional movements, learning, and exploration that will lead to new insights and skills.
