I built this approach after spending years intensely frustrated, believing that I had somehow failed because I could not do it all. Unable to strike the balance between achieving and enjoyment, I despised the phrase ‘good enough,’ yet couldn't meet my own expectations.  I felt guilty that I was too tired or tense to enjoy my kids and the beauty around me. It seemed I could not win.

As I worked with this, I noticed that almost all of the successful women I knew were experiencing the same thing. What I found is a simple approach that has made a profound difference in myself and the women that I work with.

Success doesn't have to be hard once you have the tools to define it for yourself

This class offers a new Path Forward.

When you learn how to tap into your innate biology, and tune into your nervous system you get clear on what you want and what you enjoy.

Your Guide on The Path Forward

Astra Coyle, Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner, is a Teacher, Speaker and Facilitator, dedicated to greater equity. She challenges us to rethink the way we go about transforming our personal lives, communities and cultures. Astra views the development of individual agency as the critical step in reducing the exploitative effects of culture and developing resilient communities.

She has created many popular online classes and workshops focused on using the body as the catalyst for long lasting personal change. Her Tedx talk, Your Body Can Change Your Mind, is one she authored to help people utilize the tools they have in their possession to transform their lives.

Astra lives in the beautiful mountains outside of Asheville, North Carolina, with her husband and sons.

The thing that I remember hearing about your classes was that the movements are very subtle and small. At the time, I did not associate subtle, small movements with profound effects, so I did not take the time to check out your classes for the first few years you offered them. I was deep in work and family mode.
