Reflection
True transformation happens when we are together. When we are witnessed, the good grows. In small circles, we’ll practice mirroring each other’s strengths and beauty. These moments help us feel seen, supported, and more deeply connected — to each other and to ourselves.
You’ll also enjoy time in nature, group conversations, cozy fires, nourishing meals, and dancing.
-
Time in Nature – the greatest grounding there is to restore us.
-
Nourishing Meals – cooked by a local chef with locally sourced food and seasonal ingredients.
-
Dancing– we will celebrate and move our bodies.Â
You are being called to something better.

"Oh my gosh, let me start by saying a big THANK YOU! I've always loved all of the sessions I've done with you, both as part of a class and one-on-one, but these classes with a select few women have been truly magical. During each one I've come to some big realizations about where I am in life right now - where I may be stuck and holding on vs. where I can let go and relax into what life is showing me. I always feel more myself - my best self - during and after your classes! My body feels more limber, I feel like I'm dancing through life, and I feel more connected to myself, nature, and other humans.
Thank you for that!"Â Â - W. Brasington/ student
