All rooms have a private bathroom, refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave, organic mattress and lovely decks.

All Day Passes allow access to shared spaces, classrooms and dining.

Private Rooms are  $1395 paid in full, or $720 initial deposit, with $700 due by December 1st.

Shared Suites for 2 women, are $2500 paid in full, or $1280 deposit with $1245 due by December 1.

Pisgah Lodge Rooms with a
Queen Bed for 1 Person

This is the ideal accommodation for students who are happy to be away from the main hub, enjoy  morning stretch/ walk to wake them up as they head uphill to the main lodge where all meals, classes and all gatherings will take place.

Winter Star Lodge King Bed, Queen Bed, 2 Bathrooms

This accommodation is ideal for sharing and still having plenty of privacy. It has 2 floors with a loft bedroom and 2 bathrooms.

Each room is for 2 women only.  Retreat guests are in charge of making their own roommate arrangements.  $2500 total, or $1300 initial deposit and $1220 due by Dec. 1st

Clear Creek Lodge - Rooms with a King Bed

These rooms are close to the Healing House and Main Lodge where the workshop, gatherings and meals will take place. These rooms are ideal if you would prefer to slowly make your way along the wooden decks each morning and slowly wake up.  Each room features a king bed and a bathroom

If you would like to share one of these rooms with a friend - please CONTACT ASTRA for accommodation and payment links. The Pricing will be the same as listed above for private vs. shared, but we need to be sure we stay within our maximum # of guests - thus please email Astra to be sure there is space.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Please review the refund policy below before reserving your spot.

  • All Initial payments are due by November 30, 2025.  If you select a 2 payment option, the second payment is due by December 1, 2025.
  • Refunds before November 30, 2025: You may cancel your registration and receive a refund, minus a $350 non-refundable portion (to cover administrative and reservation costs).
  • No refunds after November 30, 2025. At this time, all payments are final and non-refundable.
  • Registrations may be transferred to another participant with advance approval from the retreat host.
  • If the retreat is canceled by the host for any reason, all payments will be fully refunded.
